MFSA November 6th All Member Meeting
We have a full agenda planned for the November 6th MFSA All Member Meeting!
With families nearing the halfway point of the school year, report cards and test scores are providing insight and information to parents about their children’s progress and classroom engagement. With that lens, we are pleased to welcome Read On Arizona’s Arizona Literacy Director Terri Clark and Eyes on Learning’s Director Laura Kemp to the MFSA.
Read On Arizona is the state’s early literacy initiative, recognizing that learning to read is a student’s most important educational challenge. Eyes on Learning is a coalition of local, state, and national leaders dedicated to improving the vision health of Arizona’s children, understanding that healthy vision is critical to learning success. Both Directors will share information about these individual initiatives as well as provide resources for our broad family support community.
We are also excited that Arizona Council of Human Service Providers Michelle Coldwell will again be with us to share legislative insights and key takeaways from the midterm elections.
